Our goal for mankind it to live a everlasting life, filled with joy and good health. Even though there are some things we can not change,  we can always change our perspective. The Unwrapped journey is the pathway back to that place within us that we feel our very best self, and that we want to be. Unwrap yourself from the hurt and become the new, beautiful you.  

 

Fitness starts with a state of mind. Changing your mindset and wanting better for yourself daily, goes hand in hand with health. Without proper nutrition during you shift to get fit, is pointless. Effective fitness results is 80% health and 20% fitness. You must be mindful of what and how you consume food and drinks. Common diagnosises like heart failure, heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes are due to poor die and/or lack of daily moderate exercise ( In some cases, hereditary can also be the cause).  As we age, it gets more and more difficult to practice good health and daily exercise. If you are not conditioned to a healthy lifestyle, then you are struggling more than the average runner. But it is not hard or impossible to change your lifestyle. You just have to be willing and able to set you mind to it. Will you start the journey?
