At UnWrapped Beauty, we process each order as a custom order, and processing and shipping time frames may vary based on the specific hair collection and product. We recommend that you place your order well in advance of any event or deadline to account for our processing and shipping time frames, as well as delivery time and possible delays by shipping vendors. Please note that each collection/product has its own processing time, which is separate from the delivery time of the carrier.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. We do not issue refunds for failed deliveries or refused shipments, and it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping information at the time of order placement.

 

LOST SHIPMENT

In the event of a lost shipment, please contact us immediately to open an investigation, and if the shipment is determined to be lost, your order will be resent.

🚨 Attention Valued Customers: Please be aware that January 28 - February 5, 2025, marks the Vietnam Holiday, during which the warehouse will be closed. This will impact processing and shipping timelines for certain orders. 📦

Key Details to Know: - Orders placed between January 17 and February 1 will be sent to the vendor on February 6 (after the holiday). - These orders are expected to arrive at Unwrapped Beauty by February 25.  We strongly encourage you to plan ahead and place your orders early to avoid delays. Non-Holiday Season:

At Unwrapped Beauty Bundles, some of our luxury raw hair is not always in stock—but you can still buy it early by placing a pre-order.

A pre-order means you're saving your spot to get hair that is being made and shipped directly from our vendor. Because we work with trusted partners overseas, there’s a special schedule we follow every month.

How Our Pre-Order Schedule Works:

We place vendor orders twice a month — on the 1st and the 17th. Here's how it breaks down:

• If you place your order between the 1st–16th, it goes to our vendor on the 17th, and arrives at our salon by the 4th of the next month.

• If you place your order between the 17th–31st, it goes to our vendor on the 1st, and arrives at the salon by the 17th.

Real-Life Example:

Let’s say Sarah placed her Burmese Curly order on November 10th.

• That falls between the 1st–16th.

• Her order will go out to the vendor on November 17th.

• Her bundles will arrive at the salon by December 4th.

This helps us make sure you're getting fresh, raw, double-drawn hair that’s been custom sourced just for you.

Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of our human hair products under any circumstances. FAILED DELIVERIES, REFUSED SHIPMENTS:

Pre-Installation Care:

Before installation, it's important to soak your hair for 10 minutes in Apple Cider Vinegar.  Next Shampoo hair with moisturizing shampoo while keeping the rubber band intact. This allows for a thorough assessment of the bundles and control as you give the hair a deep clean. Then sit hair in conditioner bath for 15 minutes, rinse very well before installing. 

MUST BE INSTALLED BY PROFESSIONAL ONLY

 

Daily Care:

• Finger detangle or Brush for styling
•  A few drops of light oil or mist demeanor shine mist below the keratin bond.  Reduce using excessively heavy oils or butters to  prevent buildup.  When product has build-up, it is time to shampoo.

 

Dry Shampoo

When you want to refresh the hair without shampooing.  We recommend using Amika Perk-Up Plus Dry Shampoo to refresh and nourishes hair stands.  This Dry shampoo absorbs oil, reduces order, and gives hair a freshly washed look without a trace of white residue, all while restoring "Oomph" back into the hair.

 

 

For an effective Shampoo/CoWash maintenance:

-Finger detangle to get out any tangles.  Use a brush and conditioner if needed before applying water.

- Fully saturate with water in a downward motion. (NEVER BUNCH UP HAIR) Recommend to do this in the shower.

-Shampoo once with moisturizing shampoo

- Generously lather hair with conditioner using finger tips starting below the keratin bond to ends, finger detangle at the same time. 
- Repeat, then twist the hair into a bun and let the conditioner sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly.  Pat dry with a micro-fiber towel or t-shirt to avoid frizz. 

-Apply a generous amount of leave in conditioner and /or Curly Refresher Spray to loose hair below the Keratin bonds

-Spray Scalp with  As I Am Rosemary " Water" to roots and scalp ONLY if scalp is dry after shampoo and 2-3x max per weekly to reduce shedding. 
- Apply a dime-size amount of hair oil to minimize frizz throughout the day if needed.

 

Bed-time Care:

• Brush or finger detangle if needed. 
• Apply leave-in conditioner and few drops of oil below keratin bonds, plait hair in 4-6 sections.
• Use a satin bonnet to hold hair and maintain moisture.  In the morning, remove overnight protection finger detangle if needed, then style as desire.

• As I Am Rosemary "Water" Spray (for scalp only 2-3x weekly)
• The Doux O.P.P - One Pass Press (essential for using heat tools to keep the hair protected from damage)
• 100% Natural oil: Argan, Grape-seed, Jojoba, Safflower ( Few drops to reduce frizz and shine.)
• The Doux Mist Demeanor Shine Spray
• Unbrush- to brush hair

 

Color

Use Color shampoo that targets that color that you have for Maximum hydration and results.  For Blonde/ Brunette  we Recommend Matrix Brass Off Shampoo, Conditioner and Leave-In treatment.

 

Heat Styling Guidelines

Because this hair is 100% raw and cuticle-aligned, it can be flat-ironed, curled, or wand-styled — but it still deserves VIP treatment to preserve its texture and longevity.

Recommended Max Heat Settings:

• Flat irons & curling tools: 330°F–370°F

• Blow dryers (with diffuser): Medium heat only

• Avoid going above 400°F, as prolonged high heat can alter the kinky blow-out texture over time.

• Kendra Platinum Blow-Dry Spray – heat protectant + smoothing + shine

• CHI 44 Iron Guard Thermal Protection Spray – lightweight and effective

• The Doux O.P.P -One pass press heat protectant
