Please note that each collection/product has its own processing time, which is separate from the delivery time of the carrier.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. We do not issue refunds for failed deliveries or refused shipments, and it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping information at the time of order placement.

At Unwrapped Beauty Bundles, some of our luxury raw hair is not always in stock—but you can still buy it early by placing a pre-order.

A pre-order means you're saving your spot to get hair that is being made and shipped directly from our vendor. Because we work with trusted partners overseas, there’s a special schedule we follow every month.

How Our Pre-Order Schedule Works:

We place vendor orders twice a month — on the 1st and the 17th. Here's how it breaks down:

• If you place your order between the 1st–16th, it goes to our vendor on the 17th, and arrives at our salon by the 4th of the next month.

• If you place your order between the 17th–31st, it goes to our vendor on the 1st, and arrives at the salon by the 17th.

Real-Life Example:

Let’s say Sarah placed her Burmese Curly order on November 10th.

• That falls between the 1st–16th.

• Her order will go out to the vendor on November 17th.

• Her bundles will arrive at the salon by December 4th.

This helps us make sure you're getting fresh, raw, double-drawn hair that’s been custom sourced just for you.

Before the First Use:

• Lightly mist with water or a conditioning spray to soften the texture.

• Use a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush to gently detangle from ends to root.

• Optional: Lightly flat iron or blow-dry with a round brush to customize the look before install.

 Shampoo Routine:

• Wash after every 2–4 wears or when you notice product buildup or dryness.

• Use a sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoo to gently cleanse the strands.

• Follow with a deep moisturizing conditioner to restore softness and hydration.

• Detangle while wet using a wide-tooth comb, starting at the ends.

 Drying & Styling:

• Blot gently with a microfiber towel — avoid rubbing.

• Let air dry for a soft, natural blowout look, or use a blow-dryer on medium heat.

• Use a light leave-in conditioner and heat protectant spray before any thermal styling.

• For a sleeker finish, press lightly with a flat iron (low to medium heat).

 Heat Styling:

• Always apply a salon-grade heat protectant before flat ironing, curling, or blow-drying.

Storage:

• Heavy oils, butters, or wax-based products — they can weigh down the texture.

• Alcohol-based sprays or gels that can cause dryness and stiffness.

Heat Styling Guidelines

Because this hair is 100% raw and cuticle-aligned, it can be flat-ironed, curled, or wand-styled — but it still deserves VIP treatment to preserve its texture and longevity.

Recommended Max Heat Settings:

• Flat irons & curling tools: 330°F–370°F

• Blow dryers: Medium heat only

• Avoid going above 400°F, as prolonged high heat can alter the kinky blow-out texture over time.
