Please note that each collection/product has its own processing time, which is separate from the delivery time of the carrier.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. We do not issue refunds for failed deliveries or refused shipments, and it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping information at the time of order placement.

 

LOST SHIPMENT

In the event of a lost shipment, please contact us immediately to open an investigation, and if the shipment is determined to be lost, your order will be resent.

 

PRE-ORDER

🚨IMPORTANT SHIPPING ALERT FOR JANUARY & FEBRUARY 2025

🚨 Attention Valued Customers: Please be aware that January 28 - February 5, 2025, marks the Vietnam Holiday, during which the warehouse will be closed. This will impact processing and shipping timelines for certain orders. 📦

Key Details to Know: - Orders placed between January 17 and February 1 will be sent to the vendor on February 6 (after the holiday). - These orders are expected to arrive at Unwrapped Beauty by February 25.  We strongly encourage you to plan ahead and place your orders early to avoid delays. Non-Holiday Season:

We are pleased to introduce a streamlined pre-order system for your convenience. Pre-orders will be accepted on the 1st and the 17th of each month.  

Orders places between the 1st- 17th will be sent to our trusted vendor on the 17th, with subsequent shipment for arrival by the 4th.

Orders placed between the 17-31 will be orders with the vendor on the 1st, with subsequent shipment for arrival by the 17th.

For your planning, please note that the standard processing time for pre-orders is estimated to be within 15-21 business days. Kindly be advised that shipping costs are separate from the product price.

COLOR

We strongly recommend that hair bundles be colored only by a licensed professional to maintain the hair's integrity and curl pattern. It is important not to attempt coloring at home if you are not licensed, as improper handling can damage the hair.

Please note, the color selection process takes 2-3 days, not including shipping time. You will receive email updates throughout this process.

Additionally, we do not recommend lifting the hair beyond level 7. This means avoiding blonde, platinum, or grey shades.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it is considered a final sale and cannot be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of our human hair products under any circumstances.
