Because this is human hair, each bundle is unique. Slight variations in natural color, curl definition and texture are normal and are not considered defects.

At UnWrapped Beauty, we process each order as a custom order, and processing and shipping time frames may vary based on the specific hair collection and product. We recommend that you place your order well in advance of any event or deadline to account for our processing and shipping time frames, as well as delivery time and possible delays by shipping vendors. Please note that each collection/product has its own processing time, which is separate from the delivery time of the carrier.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. We do not issue refunds for failed deliveries or refused shipments, and it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping information at the time of order placement.

 

LOST SHIPMENT

In the event of a lost shipment, please contact us immediately to open an investigation, and if the shipment is determined to be lost, your order will be resent.

🚨 Attention Valued Customers: Our Vietnam-based vendor closes annually for Lunar New Year, typically between late January and mid-February. Production and preorder timelines may be extended. Please review our Shipping & Preorder Policy when ordering for February or early March.

Key Details to Know: - Orders placed between January 17 and February 1 will be sent to the vendor on February 6 (after the holiday). - These orders are expected to arrive at Unwrapped Beauty by February 25.  We strongly encourage you to plan ahead and place your orders early to avoid delays. Non-Holiday Season:

At Unwrapped Beauty Bundles, some of our luxury raw hair is not always in stock—but you can still buy it early by placing a pre-order.

A pre-order means you're saving your spot to get hair that is being made and shipped directly from our vendor. Because we work with trusted partners overseas, there’s a special schedule we follow every month.

How Our Pre-Order Schedule Works:

We place vendor orders twice a month — on the 1st and the 17th. Here's how it breaks down:

• If you place your order between the 1st–16th, it goes to our vendor on the 17th, and arrives at our salon by the 4th of the next month.

• If you place your order between the 17th–31st, it goes to our vendor on the 1st, and arrives at the salon by the 17th.

Real-Life Example:

Let’s say Sarah placed her Burmese Curly order on November 10th.

• That falls between the 1st–16th.

• Her order will go out to the vendor on November 17th.

• Her bundles will arrive at the salon by December 4th.

This helps us make sure you're getting fresh, raw, double-drawn hair that’s been custom sourced just for you.

 

COLOR

We strongly recommend that hair bundles be colored only by a licensed professional to maintain the hair's integrity and curl pattern. It is important not to attempt coloring at home if you are not licensed, as improper handling can damage the hair.

Please note, the color selection process takes 2-3 days, not including shipping time. You will receive email updates throughout this process.

Additionally, we do not recommend lifting the hair beyond level 7. This means avoiding blonde, platinum, or grey shades.

Each bundle contains approximately 100 grams of hair.

• 16 inches: 2--3bundles
• 18–20 inches: 3 bundles
• 22 inches and longer: 4 bundles

Pre-Installation Care:

Before installation, it's important to soak your hair for 10 minutes in Apple Cider Vinegar.  Next Shampoo hair with moisturizing shampoo while keeping the rubber band intact. This allows for a thorough assessment of the bundles and control as you give the hair a deep clean. Then sit hair in conditioner bath for 15 minutes, rinse very well before installing. 

 

Important Notice Regarding Bulk Hair Installation

At Unwrapped Beauty Bundles, we take pride in offering premium-quality raw human hair. However, please note that we are not responsible for improper installation by braiders or stylists.

Bulk hair requires skilled and knowledgeable handling to preserve its integrity. It is essential that your braider is experienced in working with raw human hair and understands how to carefully and securely install it.

Excessive shedding or tangling is often a direct result of improper technique or careless installation. To maintain the luxury and longevity of your investment, we strongly advise selecting a professional who understands the correct methods for handling and braiding raw bulk hair.

Your hair deserves excellence. Please treat it with the same care we put into sourcing it.

 

Daily Care:

• Finger detangle or Brush for styling
• DIY Curl Refresher Spray to hydrate curls.  The the doux Mist demeanor shine mist if needed.
• Excessive product can cause build-up on the hair and scalp.  Use when needed don't over do it.

 

Dry Shampoo

When you want to refresh the hair without shampooing.  We recommend using Amika Perk-Up Plus Dry Shampoo to refresh and nourishes hair stands.  This Dry shampoo absorbs oil, reduces order, and gives hair a freshly washed look without a trace of white residue, all while restoring "Oomph" back into the hair.

 

 

For an effective Shampoo/CoWash maintenance:

-Finger detangle to get out any tangles.  Use a brush if needed before applying water.

- Fully saturate with water in a downward motion. (NEVER BUNCH UP HAIR) Recommended to do this in the shower.

-Apply Salute free shampoo ( Moisturizing Shampoo) Use Clarifying shampoo once a month

- Generously lather hair with conditioner using finger tips from root to ends, while finger detangling at the same time. 
- Repeat, then twist the hair into a bun and let the conditioner sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly for 5 minutes. Rinse roots for a very very long time.  Pat dry with a micro-fiber towel or t-shirt to avoid frizz.

-Place wet hair in a top ponytail, remove one braid at a time.  Separate loose hair away from braid and finger detangle if necessary. 

-Apply a generous amount of leave in conditioner and /or Curly Refresher Spray to loose hair. 
- Apply a Quarter-size amount of anti-frizz serum and gloss polisher mist to minimize frizz throughout the day.

 

Bohemian Knotless Maintenance:

-Finger Detangle or Brush if needed. Pulling hair away from the braid

-Mist DIY Spray over hair, Plait hair in 4-6 sections for bed

-Morning Finger detangle if needed apply LOC (Water, Leave-in Conditioner, Oil) spray to scalp and braids. Use Anti-Frizz Foam if needed. 

 

Bed-time Care:

Brush or finger detangle if needed.  Place hair in a ponytail, use a satin scarf and/or bonnet.  In the morning, remove overnight protection add hair polish spray and finger detangle if needed, then style as desire.

Color

Use Color shampoo that targets that color that you have for Maximum hydration and results.  For Blonde we Recommend Matrix Brass Off Shampoo, Conditioner and Leave-In treatment.
