At UnWrapped Beauty, we process each order as a custom order, and processing and shipping time frames may vary based on the specific hair collection and product. We recommend that you place your order well in advance of any event or deadline to account for our processing and shipping time frames, as well as delivery time and possible delays by shipping vendors. Please note that each collection/product has its own processing time, which is separate from the delivery time of the carrier.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. We do not issue refunds for failed deliveries or refused shipments, and it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping information at the time of order placement.
LOST SHIPMENT
In the event of a lost shipment, please contact us immediately to open an investigation, and if the shipment is determined to be lost, your order will be resent.

🚨 Attention Valued Customers: Please be aware that January 28 - February 5, 2025, marks the Vietnam Holiday, during which the warehouse will be closed. This will impact processing and shipping timelines for certain orders. 📦
Key Details to Know: - Orders placed between January 17 and February 1 will be sent to the vendor on February 6 (after the holiday). - These orders are expected to arrive at Unwrapped Beauty by February 25. Non-Holiday Season:
At Unwrapped Beauty Bundles, some of our luxury raw hair is not always in stock—but you can still buy it early by placing a pre-order.
A pre-order means you're saving your spot to get hair that is being made and shipped directly from our vendor. Because we work with trusted partners overseas, there’s a special schedule we follow every month.
How Our Pre-Order Schedule Works:
We place vendor orders twice a month — on the 1st and the 17th. Here's how it breaks down:

If you place your order between the 1st–16th, it goes to our vendor on the 17th, and arrives at our salon by the 4th of the next month.

If you place your order between the 17th–31st, it goes to our vendor on the 1st, and arrives at the salon by the 17th.
Real-Life Example:
Let’s say Sarah placed her Burmese Curly order on November 10th.

That falls between the 1st–16th.

Her order will go out to the vendor on November 17th.

Her bundles will arrive at the salon by December 4th.
This helps us make sure you're getting fresh, raw, double-drawn hair that’s been custom sourced just for you.
COLOR
We strongly recommend that hair bundles be colored only by a licensed professional to maintain the hair's integrity and curl pattern. It is important not to attempt coloring at home if you are not licensed, as improper handling can damage the hair.
Please note, the color selection process takes 2-3 days, not including shipping time. You will receive email updates throughout this process.
Additionally, we do not recommend lifting the hair beyond level 7. This means avoiding blonde, platinum, or grey shades.
