Polices and How to prep for your service

We are so honored to be a part of your crown journey. Please review our client policies and preparation tips below to ensure your luxury experience with us is seamless, empowering, and stress-free.

Booking & Deposit Policy
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments.

  • The remaining balance is due at the time of service — payable via Zelle, cash, or credit/debit card.

  • Appointment is not confirmed until deposit is received.

How to Prep for your Appointment

 BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Your natural hair must be a minimum of 3 inches long to receive braid or extension services.

  • Wash and detangle your hair 24 hours before service (unless you booked a shampoo add-on).

  • Arrive with hair clean, dry, detangled, and stretched/blow-dried unless discussed otherwise.

  • Avoid heavy oils, butters, or gels before service day.

IF YOU BOOKED A SHAMPOO ADD-ON

  • Arrive with hair detangled and parted if possible.

  • We’ll provide a full crown cleanse, conditioning treatment, and hydration prep before styling.

ADD-ONS AVAILABLE

  • Detox Shampoo + Scalp Treatment

  • Blow-dry & Moisture Steam

  • Length Add-On (Please specify desired length during booking)

  • Custom Color Blends (human hair only)
