Booking & Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments.

The remaining balance is due at the time of service — payable via Zelle, cash, or credit/debit card.

Appointment is not confirmed until deposit is received.
How to Prep for your Appointment
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Your natural hair must be a minimum of 3 inches long to receive braid or extension services.

Wash and detangle your hair 24 hours before service (unless you booked a shampoo add-on).

Arrive with hair clean, dry, detangled, and stretched/blow-dried unless discussed otherwise.

Avoid heavy oils, butters, or gels before service day.
IF YOU BOOKED A SHAMPOO ADD-ON

Arrive with hair detangled and parted if possible.

We’ll provide a full crown cleanse, conditioning treatment, and hydration prep before styling.
