Hair Requirements & Pre-Order Timeline

• Synthetic braiding hair is NOT included in any service.

• Raw human hair must be purchased through Unwrapped Beauty or approved prior to service.

• Natural hair must be at least 3 inches long to be braided for all styles — no exceptions.

• We follow a bi-monthly pre-order schedule:

  • Orders placed 1st–16th ➝ vendor ships on 17th ➝ arrives by the 4th

  • Orders placed 17th–31st ➝ vendor ships on 1st ➝ arrives by the 17th

• 🚨IMPORTANT SHIPPING ALERT FOR JANUARY & FEBRUARY 2026

• 🚨 Attention Valued Customers: Please be aware that February14 - February 22, 2026, marks the Vietnam Holiday, during which the warehouse will be closed. This will impact processing and shipping timelines for certain orders. 

• Key Details to Know: - Orders placed between  February 1-17  will be sent to the vendor on February 24 (after the holiday). - These orders are expected to arrive at Unwrapped Beauty by March 16.  We strongly encourage you to plan ahead and place your orders early to avoid delays. • No refunds or exchanges on:

  • Hair services

  • All Raw hair products

  • Digital goods (eBooks, guides, classes)

  • Published Books
