At UnWrapped Beauty, we process each order as a custom order, and processing and shipping time frames may vary based on the specific hair collection and product. We recommend that you place your order well in advance of any event or deadline to account for our processing and shipping time frames, as well as delivery time and possible delays by shipping vendors. Please note that each collection/product has its own processing time, which is separate from the delivery time of the carrier.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. We do not issue refunds for failed deliveries or refused shipments, and it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping information at the time of order placement.

 

LOST SHIPMENT

In the event of a lost shipment, please contact us immediately to open an investigation, and if the shipment is determined to be lost, your order will be resent.

 

PRE-ORDER

🚨IMPORTANT SHIPPING ALERT FOR JANUARY & FEBRUARY 2025

🚨 Attention Valued Customers: Please be aware that January 28 - February 5, 2025, marks the Vietnam Holiday, during which the warehouse will be closed. This will impact processing and shipping timelines for certain orders. 📦

Key Details to Know: - Orders placed between January 17 and February 1 will be sent to the vendor on February 6 (after the holiday). - These orders are expected to arrive at Unwrapped Beauty by February 25.  We strongly encourage you to plan ahead and place your orders early to avoid delays. Non-Holiday Season:

We are pleased to introduce a streamlined pre-order system for your convenience. Pre-orders will be accepted from the 1st through the 17th of each month. Following this window, pre-orders will resume on the 1st of the next month.  

Anticipated delivery of all orders to the salon is set for the 4th of every month. Our current practice involves placing a consolidated order with our trusted vendor by the 17th, with subsequent shipment for arrival by the 4th. 

Orders placed between the 17-31 will be orders with the vendor on the 1st, with subsequent shipment for arrival by the 17th.

For your planning, please note that the standard processing time for pre-orders is estimated to be within 12-17 business days. Kindly be advised that shipping costs are separate from the product price.

FAILED DELIVERIES, REFUSED SHIPMENTS:

Before Install:

• Wash natural hair with a clarifying shampoo only — no conditioner — to ensure adhesive adheres properly.

• Make sure your extensions are completely dry and free from oil or product before installation.

After Install:

• Wait 48 hours before washing hair to allow the tape to fully bond.

• Use sulfate-free, color-safe shampoo and conditioner only.

• Apply conditioner from mid-shaft to ends — never near the tape tabs.

• Gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush, starting at the ends and working up.

Styling:

• Use heat protectant before any thermal styling.

• Flat iron, curl, or wand style as desired — 613 hair takes heat beautifully but should be handled gently to preserve integrity.

• Avoid heavy oils, alcohol-based serums, or direct heat on the tape tabs.

Sleep Care:

• Braid hair loosely or wear a low ponytail.

• Sleep with a silk or satin bonnet or on a satin pillowcase to prevent matting.

Storage Between Uses:

• After removal, clean tape tabs gently and store in original packaging or satin pouch.

• Re-tape with professional-grade tape when reinstalling.

How to use them for a clean, salon‑level routine

Shampoo Day

• Use Flourish Purple Shampoo once or twice a week as needed to neutralize yellow.

  • Follow with Flourish Purple Conditioner for hydration, slip, and continued tone control.

• Heat or styling day

  • Lightly mist Innersense as a primer for body and heat safety.

• Everyday refresh
