We recommend that you place your order well in advance of any event or deadline to account for our processing and shipping time frames, as well as delivery time and possible delays by shipping vendors. Please note that each collection/product has its own processing time, which is separate from the delivery time of the carrier.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. We do not issue refunds for failed deliveries or refused shipments, and it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping information at the time of order placement.

LOST SHIPMENT

In the event of a lost shipment, please contact us immediately to open an investigation, and if the shipment is determined to be lost, your order will be resent.

A pre-order means you're saving your spot to get hair that is being made and shipped directly from our vendor. Because we work with trusted partners overseas, there’s a special schedule we follow every month.

How Our Pre-Order Schedule Works:

We place vendor orders twice a month — on the 1st and the 17th. Here's how it breaks down:

• If you place your order between the 1st–16th, it goes to our vendor on the 17th, and arrives at our salon by the 4th of the next month.

• If you place your order between the 17th–31st, it goes to our vendor on the 1st, and arrives at the salon by the 17th.

Real-Life Example:

Let’s say Sarah placed her Burmese Curly order on November 10th.

• That falls between the 1st–16th.

• Her order will go out to the vendor on November 17th.

• Her bundles will arrive at the salon by December 4th.

This helps us make sure you're getting fresh, raw, double-drawn hair that’s been custom sourced just for you.

Installation Tips:

• Can be installed using clips, wig combs, or sewn down for extra security.

• Align the U-part opening with your natural leave-out and blend using minimal heat.

• Style as desired — use a diffuser, wand, or flexi rods for definition.

Maintenance Routine:

Daily:

• Lightly spritz curls with DIY Spray: 70% Water 20% leave-in conditioner 10% Oil.

• Finger detangle or use a wide-tooth comb starting from the ends.

Weekly or Bi-Weekly:

• Cleanse with sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoo.

• Deep condition for at least 15 minutes to maintain curl elasticity. (Sit wig in conditioner luke warm/cold water)

• Let air dry on a wig stand to preserve shape. (DO NOT PUT WIG IN CLOTHES DRYER)

Night Care:

• Store on a wig stand or mannequin to maintain structure.

• Cover with a satin bonnet or scarf to reduce frizz.

Because this is a professionally steam-set texture, excessive heat or repeated straightening may gradually loosen the original curl pattern.

Raw Burmese hair is prized for its density, strength, and longevity — but it must be maintained correctly to preserve its softness, movement, and natural luster.

DAILY CARE (MOST IMPORTANT)

Before Wearing

• Lightly mist hair with water or leave-in conditioner.

• Finger-detangle from ends to roots.

• For curly textures, define curls using a curl cream or mousse.

While Wearing

• Avoid excessive touching or over-manipulation.

• Keep heavy oils away from the U-part opening to prevent buildup.

• Protect hair from friction caused by scarves, coats, or seat belts.

NIGHTLY CARE

Never sleep in your U-part wig unprotected.

Best Options

• Remove wig and store on a mannequin head or wig stand
  OR

• If wearing overnight:

  • Lightly braid or twist the hair

  • Cover with a silk or satin bonnet

This prevents tangling, matting, and dryness.

 WASHING ROUTINE (EVERY 7–14 DAYS)

Step 1: Detangle

• Detangle gently with fingers and conditioner while dry.

• Always start at the ends.

Step 2: Cleanse

• Use lukewarm water only.

• Shampoo in a downward motion — never rub or swirl.

• Clean scalp area gently (especially if wearing daily).

Step 3: Condition

• Apply conditioner mid-shaft to ends only.

• Let sit for 5–10 minutes.

• Rinse thoroughly.

Deep Condition:
Once every 2–3 weeks for curly textures.

DRYING METHOD

• Gently squeeze excess water — no wringing.

• Air dry on a wig stand. (DO NOT STORE AWAY WET HAIR)

• DO NOT PUT IN CLOTHES DRYER

• For curls: scrunch lightly and allow curls to set naturally.

• Avoid high heat — heat causes dryness and yellowing.

TEXTURE-SPECIFIC CARE

Burmese Curly / Kinky Curly

• Refresh curls with water + leave-in.

• Use curl creams or mousse — avoid heavy butters.

• Detangle ONLY when damp.

Burmese Kinky Straight / Blow-Out Straight

• Use minimal oil.

• Wrap hair at night to preserve smoothness.

• Use heat sparingly and always with protection.
