At UnWrapped Beauty, we process each order as a custom order, and processing and shipping time frames may vary based on the specific hair collection and product. We recommend that you place your order well in advance of any event or deadline to account for our processing and shipping time frames, as well as delivery time and possible delays by shipping vendors. Please note that each collection/product has its own processing time, which is separate from the delivery time of the carrier.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. We do not issue refunds for failed deliveries or refused shipments, and it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping information at the time of order placement.

LOST SHIPMENT

In the event of a lost shipment, please contact us immediately to open an investigation, and if the shipment is determined to be lost, your order will be resent.

PRE-ORDER

🚨IMPORTANT SHIPPING ALERT FOR JANUARY & FEBRUARY 2025

🚨 Attention Valued Customers: Please be aware that January 28 - February 5, 2025, marks the Vietnam Holiday, during which the warehouse will be closed. This will impact processing and shipping timelines for certain orders. 📦

Key Details to Know: - Orders placed between January 17 and February 1 will be sent to the vendor on February 6 (after the holiday). - These orders are expected to arrive at Unwrapped Beauty by February 25.  We strongly encourage you to plan ahead and place your orders early to avoid delays. Non-Holiday Season

We are pleased to introduce a streamlined pre-order system for your convenience. Pre-orders will be accepted from the 1st through the 17th of each month. Following this window, pre-orders will resume on the 1st of the next month.  

Anticipated delivery of all orders to the salon is set for the 4th of every month. Our current practice involves placing a consolidated order with our trusted vendor by the 17th, with subsequent shipment for arrival by the 4th.

Orders placed between the 17-31 will be orders with the vendor on the 1st, with subsequent shipment for arrival by the 17th.

For your planning, please note that the standard processing time for pre-orders is estimated to be within 15-21 business days. Kindly be advised that shipping costs are separate from the product price.

COLOR

We strongly recommend that hair bundles be colored only by a licensed professional to maintain the hair's integrity and curl pattern. It is important not to attempt coloring at home if you are not licensed, as improper handling can damage the hair.

Please note, the color selection process takes 2-3 days, not including shipping time. You will receive email updates throughout this process.

Additionally, we do not recommend lifting the hair beyond level 7. This means avoiding blonde, platinum, or grey shades.

We take great pride in our products and strive to maintain the highest levels of sanitation and quality control. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of our human hair products under any circumstances. FAILED DELIVERIES, REFUSED SHIPMENTS:

Pre-Installation Care:

Before installation, it's important to soak your hair for 30 mintues in Apple Cider Vinger.  Next Shampoo hair with moisturizing shampoo while keeping the rubber band intact. This allows for a thorough assessment of the bundles and control as you give the hair a deep clean.

Daily Care:

• Finger detangle or Brush for styling
• Spray Curl Refresher Spray to hydrate curls.  Add Hair polisher mist and Anti-frizz serm for shine and frizz control.  Excessive product may lead to stiff hair which may cause matting and tangling.  When product has build-up, it is time to shampoo.

Dry Shampoo

When you want to refresh the hair without shampooing.  We recommend using Amika Perk-Up Plus Dry Shampoo to refresh and nourishes hair stands.  This Dry shampoo absorbs oil, reduces order, and gives hair a freshly washed look without a trace of white residue, all while restoring "Oomph" back into the hair.

For an effective Shampoo/CoWash maintenance:

-Hair MUST NOT BE INSTALLED.  Hand wash ONLY

-Finger detangle to get out any tangles.  Use a brush if needed before applying water.

- Fully saturate with water in a downward motion. (NEVER BUNCH UP HAIR) 

- Generously lather hair with conditioner using finger tips from root to ends, while finger detangling at the same time. 
- Repeat, for each clip-in.
- Rinse thoroughly.  Pat dry with a micro-fiber towel or t-shirt to avoid frizz.

-Place each wet clip-ins on the micro-fiber towel to dry or hand dry seperatly 

-Apply a generous amount of leave in conditioner and /or Curly Referesher Spray to hydrate curl during drying process.
- Apply a small amount of gloss polisher mist to minimize frizz throughout the day after install.

-If you are going to store the hair in a satin bag (to use for a later time) make sure the clip-ins are completly dry.

 Bed-time Care:

Remove Clip-Ins, store in Satin Bag with Satin scrunchy to keep hair from tangling.

Color

Use Color shampoo that targets that color that you have for Maximum hydration and results.  For Blonde we Recommend Matrix Brass Off Shampoo, Conditioner and Leave-In treatment.
